Salary: $84,000 - $110,000 annually + equity

What you will do

• Support monthly financial reporting including variance analysis, ARR tracking, and KPI updates.
• Maintain and update financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards for leaders and executives.
• Support workforce planning and maintain headcount and cost models.
• Provide data for audits and conduct ad hoc financial analysis and process improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work with hubs in Los Angeles, Toronto, and Raleigh
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with modeling and data manipulation.
• Proactive mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
• English: B2 level or higher
