What you will do

• Manage FP&A function ensuring accurate financial planning, reporting, and analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Partner strategically with executive team and business units
• Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor costs and align with financial goals
• Develop and improve financial and operational models including project profitability
• Introduce automation and best-in-class system capabilities

Requirements

• +5 years experience in a startup, preferably project-oriented business
• 1-2 years leadership experience managing a small team
• Strong understanding of FP&A core processes
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, budget systems, BI tools, and advanced Excel
• Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent
