What you will do
- Lead customer technical configurations and onboarding to ensure effective adoption and readiness.
- Serve as primary contact managing post-sale lifecycle and building strong customer relationships.
- Monitor usage and customer health to identify risks and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Account Managers and Customer Academy for renewals and training.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track progress toward customer goals and KPIs.
Requirements
- Must be located in the US for remote work.
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Account Management in SaaS.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with technical configuration experience (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML).
- Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with healthcare workflows or health tech preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
