What you will do
- Drive ARR growth and sales performance, focusing on target segments and increasing market awareness.
- Lead and manage the sales and customer success teams, providing coaching and ensuring alignment with goals.
- Oversee customer engagement, retention, and expansion, ensuring high pNPS and low churn.
- Develop and execute the NL Annual “Plan to Win” in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Manage local commercial operations, including budget, P&L, financial approvals, and people initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing a key sales and/or customer-facing services function in a growing SaaS software business.
- Proven history in leading teams to achieve new business sales targets in the SaaS industry.
- Dutch native and English proficiency is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to and support the closing of sales opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in the NL Accounting Industry (selling or working in it).
- An AI evangelist able to drive efficiency through the latest tools and technology.
