TL;DR

Head of NL (Fintech): Overseeing the revenue, growth, and performance of the Netherlands business unit for a cloud software solution with an accent on sales leadership, customer success, and strategic market expansion. Focus on driving ARR growth, managing high-performing teams, and executing a local go-to-market plan within the fintech industry.

Location: Hybrid, requiring a minimum of two days a week in the office in Gouda, Netherlands.

What you will do

  • Drive ARR growth and sales performance, focusing on target segments and increasing market awareness.
  • Lead and manage the sales and customer success teams, providing coaching and ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Oversee customer engagement, retention, and expansion, ensuring high pNPS and low churn.
  • Develop and execute the NL Annual “Plan to Win” in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Manage local commercial operations, including budget, P&L, financial approvals, and people initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing a key sales and/or customer-facing services function in a growing SaaS software business.
  • Proven history in leading teams to achieve new business sales targets in the SaaS industry.
  • Dutch native and English proficiency is a must.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to contribute to and support the closing of sales opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and budget management experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the NL Accounting Industry (selling or working in it).
  • An AI evangelist able to drive efficiency through the latest tools and technology.
