What you will do

• Lead the CET operations organization for Sweden and Denmark, ensuring governance and coordination of sales and delivery projects.
• Develop and enhance service offerings positioning hirify.global as a development and change leader.
• Drive business and process development initiatives and implement performance measurement models.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and skills development within the team.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Portfolio, Products, HR, Finance, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years of management experience in consultancy and/or operations and 5+ years leading other leaders.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Strong background in SaaS and services industries with expertise in HR and payroll processes and technologies.
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence, business development, and manage large customer accounts.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and modelling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
