hirify.global is building an AI Platform for the Innovation Economy, helping inventors explore, create, and protect ideas.

What you will do

• Own all legal operations at hirify.global, building the legal function from the ground up.
• Lead commercial contracting end-to-end, including enterprise SaaS agreements, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor contracts.
• Design employee equity & share option programs across jurisdictions.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing investment documents and managing diligence processes.
• Drive AI, privacy, and regulatory strategy, shaping internal policy and external positioning.
• Act as the guardian of intellectual property in partnership with product and engineering.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to navigate complex procurement, compliance, and security requirements.

Requirements

• A legal leader with 5-10+ years of experience, ideally including time in a high-growth startup or a tech-forward environment.
• Deep experience in commercial contracting, especially with enterprise SaaS or B2B technology products.
• A pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with a builder’s mentality.
• High ownership and autonomy, with the ability to operate independently and make sound judgments.
• Legally qualified, meeting one of the following: Solicitor of England & Wales, U.S.-qualified attorney, or Licensed lawyer in an EU jurisdiction.
