What you will do

• Manage paid social performance and client communication across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Lead teams including Coordinators, Managers, and Senior Managers, overseeing career development and training.
• Develop and implement short and long-term paid social strategies aligned with client goals.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and media planning strategies to meet or exceed client KPIs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paid social trends and growth services integration.
• Ensure best practices and processes for client management are in place and followed.

Requirements

• Must have at least 6 years of paid social experience.
• Experience managing complex accounts with varying goals and spend levels.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid social tactics.
• Excellent organizational, strategic, and communication skills.
• Experience communicating with senior client contacts including C-level and VP-level.

Nice to have

• Experience identifying upsell opportunities and growing client revenue.
• Experience managing managers and mentoring team members.
• Experience with sales pitches, audits, and P&L management.
• Familiarity with third-party tracking platforms like Kenshoo and SA360.
• Knowledge of additional marketing channels such as SEO, display, mobile, and YouTube.
