What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end hiring process for engineering roles, from job intake to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on interview strategy.
• Conduct candidate assessments, values interviews, and reference checks.
• Formulate and extend offers in collaboration with HRBPs, Compensation, and Hiring Managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing data-driven insights and market updates.
• Actively support DEI goals by diversifying sourcing channels and ensuring equitable hiring practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years in engineering or technical recruiting.
• Demonstrated success managing 10+ concurrent technical requisitions end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with technical and leadership teams.
• Experience using recruiting tools (e.g., Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms).
• Solid understanding of technical talent markets and emerging technologies in software engineering in Israel.
• Proven ability to use data to drive hiring decisions and communicate outcomes.
