Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Edinburgh or Leeds, UK
• Deep understanding of performance frameworks, investment governance, and value tracking.
• Proven senior-level commercial or transformation experience with strong financial acumen.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive levels.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive strategic transparency.
