What you will do

  • Deliver a validated MVP for a new consumer finance product within 6 months aligned to strategic growth.
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery including research, opportunity sizing, and problem definition.
  • Define clear product strategy and roadmap with measurable goals and KPIs.
  • Drive experimentation using A/B testing, prototypes, and data insights to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
  • Integrate with external partners and internal platforms to build scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work hybrid in London, UK
  • Proven experience in direct-to-consumer product management in collections/debt within fintech.
  • Experience launching products from zero to MVP and early scaling.
  • Strong skills in business case development, success metrics, and revenue growth.
  • Experience working in agile cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
