Salary: £105,500–£116,500 (UK), €120,500–€133,500 (Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands), or €109,500–€121,500 (Spain, Portugal).

What you will do

• Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for hirify.global’s Payments platform.
• Drive impact and define KPIs across multiple payment teams, aligning with company goals.
• Solve complex technical and business problems considering risk, compliance, and systems architecture.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and other stakeholders across hirify.global to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure the Payments platform provides a reliable foundation for new customer experiences and market launches.

Requirements

• Deep experience in the European financial services sector, specifically in account to account payments, e-money accounts, and financial ledgers.
• Ability to communicate with clarity and purpose, aligning stakeholders and inspiring teams.
• Comfortable working through technical and payment challenges with engineers, including API design and payment messages.
• Skilled in balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day details.
• Rely on data and customer feedback for decision-making and prioritization.
• Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
• Must have valid right to work in Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, the UK, or the Netherlands.
