Location: Hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of 50% of the month in the office. New team members will spend the first 3 months full-time in the office. Based in Manchester, London, or Bristol, UK.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution within the feature squad, managing product backlog items through the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Testers, UX/UI specialists, Compliance, and business experts to refine requirements and develop solutions.
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation for upcoming work items.
• Orchestrate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning to drive clarity and consensus.
• Own the squad’s delivery plan, proactively monitoring progress, identifying risks or blockers, and supporting issue resolution.
• Directly manage and develop junior team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in digital product delivery and change management, ideally within financial services.
• Proven track record of leading and coordinating delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
• Understanding of FCA regulatory framework and delivering compliant change.
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, and producing clear documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable, testable solutions with strong stakeholder management skills.
