Location: Based in Paris or London, Europe. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in or be open to relocating to Paris or London. Visa sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Define and evangelize a compelling product strategy for Context & Search, aligning with company goals.
• Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in enterprise product management.
• Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Partner with design and research to craft intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for successful product launches, including pricing and adoption strategies.
• Rally engineering, design, and business teams around priorities and maintain a dynamic roadmap.

Requirements

• Product Management: 5+ years of hands-on experience with a focus on Search/Context/Connectors product areas in the B2B / Enterprise space.
• You understand technical trade-offs and can partner effectively with engineering teams.
• Relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights.
• Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving, comfortable with roadmap creation and diving into metrics.
• Crisp, persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of how generative AI, LLMs, or ML-driven product work.
• Founder or early-stage PM experience turning 0 -> 1 ideas into products.
• Ability to prototype, hack, or dive into code when needed.
