What you will do

• Acquire high-value new partners in fitness, wellness, and emerging verticals for the hirify.global platform.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for new venues added.
• Prioritize in-person outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and events.
• Identify and attend networking opportunities to build strong local connections.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Present pitch decks and negotiate with prospective new partners.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of B2B transactional sales experience.
• Proven record of over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRs.
• Must be based in Stuttgart, Germany, with travel across the broader region.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
