TL;DR

Payroll Sales Manager (HR Tech): Driving growth by converting existing hirify.global customers to adopt the payroll solution, with an accent on account expansion and managing the full sales cycle. Focus on acting as a subject matter expert for hirify.global Payroll and strategically building the German payroll market.

Location: This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in Munich or Berlin.

What you will do

  • Identify and convert existing hirify.global customers into hirify.global Payroll users, driving growth within established accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial interest to closing deals for existing customers.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for hirify.global Payroll, identifying customer needs and selling solutions.
  • Play a significant role in strategically building and developing the German Payroll market within hirify.global's existing customer base.
  • Provide critical feedback to the product development team to continuously adapt hirify.global Payroll to customer needs.
  • Partner with Sales Development, Account Management, and Marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies for Payroll adoption.
  • Collaborate with Revenue & Success teams, Solution Engineering, and Partnerships to seamlessly integrate hirify.global Payroll into customers' existing IT landscapes.

Requirements

  • Bring high drive, strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a solution-oriented approach to expanding accounts.
  • Have 1+ years of end-to-end B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on cross-selling, account management, or HR/Payroll/Finance solutions.
  • Possess a track record of exceeding sales targets within an existing customer base and delivering accurate forecasts.
  • Skilfully manage and influence multiple stakeholders across Payroll, HR, IT, and C-level, while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Leverage data and sales tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and Gong to drive insights and optimize your sales process.
  • Be eager to quickly learn complex products and develop deep expertise in payroll-related customer needs.
  • You are fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
