Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

• Mentor a team to deliver world-class e-commerce strategies and tactics for client success.
• Develop and deliver retail media strategies including sales forecasting, promotion planning, and digital media planning.
• Analyze data to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Plan, execute, and oversee PPC campaigns across major retail media networks like Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Instacart.
• Report on digital advertising performance, assess ROI, and manage client budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts across organizational levels.
• Contribute to company innovation and collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiencies.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Seattle office Monday-Thursday
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of account management experience in retail media or e-commerce.
• 6+ years experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation.
• 2+ years direct or indirect management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and data-driven problem solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL or similar data manipulation tools.
• Experience in startup, retail, digital advertising, or e-commerce environments.
