What you will do
- Lead best-in-class digital campaigns and asset creation across retailer.com and paid media touchpoints.
- Partner cross-functionally with DTC, e-commerce, creative, and media teams to deliver cohesive 360° activations.
- Drive brand excellence on retailer platforms such as Amazon, ULTA, and Macy’s with elevated content and storytelling.
- Manage omni-channel digital media strategy including paid social, display, video, and search campaigns.
- Analyze campaign and media performance, translating data into actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near New York, NY, US
- 5–7 years of digital marketing or e-commerce experience in beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced marketing certification is a plus.
- Proven experience with omni-channel media strategies and retailer.com ecosystems.
- Strong data analysis skills to drive campaign optimization.
- English: Proficient (B2) required
