What you will do

• Lead go-to-market execution for all marketing campaigns for Pikmin Bloom in the US.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive user acquisition, revenue, and retention with data-driven strategies.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Game Design, and external partners.
• Manage marketing budget and conduct ROI analyses to optimize future campaigns.
• Create impactful fan experiences including real-world events and digital promotions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in the US, specifically San Francisco.
• 6+ years experience in marketing, gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology products.
• Experience in product positioning, paid media campaign management, and social media marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Passion for analyzing products, customers, and market dynamics.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Product Marketing Manager in the game industry.
• Business experience in an international environment.
• Ability to speak, write, and read Japanese.
• Avid player of Niantic games, especially Pikmin Bloom.
