What you will do

• Lead onboarding for new Brand Partners ensuring smooth integration onto the platform
• Serve as primary contact between Brand Partners and internal teams during onboarding
• Coordinate setup of product pages, catalog structure, and data requirements
• Manage catalog updates and ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Handle ticketing for onboarding and catalog requests, ensuring prioritization and resolution
• Conduct quality assurance checks and execute simple PIM functions

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom
• 3-5 years experience in onboarding, project management, or account coordination
• Excellent English communication skills required
• Familiarity with Excel and structured product data
• Strong organizational skills and client-focused mindset
• Tech-savvy with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
