What you will do

• Deliver multiple complex product-led change initiatives across business sites and development teams.
• Assemble and lead effective project teams, managing scope and delivery plans.
• Coordinate project resources to adhere to scope and schedule.
• Report delivery status to sponsors, stakeholders, and committees.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, assessing consumer outcome risks.
• Maintain trusted relationships with internal business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid working with minimum 50% office presence in London, UK
• Project management experience with knowledge of Agile, SDLC, SAFe methodologies.
• PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification or equivalent (e.g., PMP).
• Experience in financially regulated environments or financial services industry knowledge is desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in business analysis and/or product ownership.
• Experience working on web and app developments.
