What you will do

• Own and manage EMEA Services Consulting Requests and collaborate closely with Sales teams.
• Support deal cycles including RFPs, pitches, and on-site sessions.
• Develop and maintain expertise in hirify.global service offerings to provide effective consultancy during pre-sales.
• Perform discovery with prospective customers to tailor presentations and project plans.
• Recommend optimal hirify.global service packages to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to sales materials, talk tracks, and training to enhance service positioning.

Requirements

• Location: Must be available to travel to London office and client sites
• 4+ years experience in SaaS pre-sales, service delivery, consulting, or business analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.
• Experience supporting sales deal cycles and strong time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English skills are essential.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or similar tools.
• Project and change management experience.
• Proficiency in additional European languages such as German or French.
