What you will do

• Lead and deliver technology projects on time and within scope.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Oversee task prioritization, resource allocation, and testing phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing IT/technology projects.
• Experience delivering AI-related projects.
• Strong understanding of AI impacts on business and operations.
• Skilled in business requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, DevOps, MS Planner).

Nice to have

• BA certification.
• PMP certification.
