Senior Project Manager (Change Management)

What you will do

• Oversee and execute organizational change management activities related to customer organizational change management engagements.
• Lead internal OCM team members and act as the primary contact point for customer OCM team and leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, champion solutions, and build consensus as OCM solutions move through approval and acceptance.
• Create and/or lead stakeholder change impact assessments and compelling “case for change” narratives.
• Develop and/or lead the development of comprehensive change plans and outline detailed change activities.
• Manage OCM risks, issues, and escalations within the customer account, monitoring program/project progress and quality.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience driving organizational change, strategic communications, and managing teams.
• 8+ years of experience involving OCM, Management Consulting, and corporate experience.
• Prosci or ACMP certification in organizational change management is mandatory.
• Expertise in program/project management discipline, tools/techniques, and Program/project Delivery Process.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels.
• Organized with excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, PowerBI) as well as photo and video editing tools.
