What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of ~10+ engineers across Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Software Engineering.
• Define and execute multi-year technical strategies and roadmaps for AI and data products.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to deliver high-impact machine learning initiatives from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Host Tools, Pricing, Guest Experience, and Infrastructure.
• Coach and develop team members to grow their careers and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States in states where hirify.global has a registered entity.
• 12+ years of industry experience with 5-7 years in engineering management.
• Proven track record of shipping scalable data and machine learning products.
• Experience setting long-term technical strategies and aligning with executive stakeholders.
• Strong people management and mentorship skills with experience recruiting and retaining top talent.
