Salary: $250,000–$375,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and hire a high-performance Cloud Services engineering team.
• Define team strategy and direction to align with company goals and mission.
• Drive urgency and pace in project delivery within a competitive market.
• Contribute hands-on to projects, on-call duties, and team activities.
• Leverage unique cloud infrastructure to build differentiated full product experiences.
• Utilize AI agents to proactively optimize app performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Must be able to work hybrid from Foster City, CA office (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

Nice to have

• Experience building reliable distributed systems using GCP or similar cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AI/agentic systems.
• Previous experience at a high-growth startup.
• Experience building a platform as a service product.
