What you will do

• Lead project planning efforts to determine project scope and scheduling.
• Facilitate project kick-offs and manage day-to-day project details, including plans, schedules, resources, and task assignments.
• Facilitate project meetings focused on status reporting, problem resolution, and fostering open communication.
• Oversee requirements gathering, site configuration, program launch initiation, and post-launch transition to account management.
• Implement accounts for the Small Market Segment.
• Partner with Account Managers to oversee Egencia marketing and communications for clients.

Requirements

• Strong project and time management skills for handling multi-faceted, time-sensitive projects.
• Excellent communication skills in facilitation, written documentation, status reporting, mediation, training, and presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and various project management tools such as MS Project and SmartSheet.
• Experience working with an Online Travel Tool or Agency is preferred.
