What you will do

• Lead Nursing product strategy and discovery across inpatient, ED, and ambulatory use cases to create real-time time savings and operational ROI.
• Drive product-market fit through deep user research with nurses and clinical leaders, iterating based on adoption and retention metrics.
• Deliver high-quality nursing workflows partnering with engineering and design for mobile, desktop, and EHR surfaces.
• Integrate deeply with EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, and Meditech to scale adoption in large hospital systems.
• Define success metrics including time saved, documentation completeness, and workflow adoption to demonstrate value.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid with preference for NYC or SF office presence
• 5+ years of product management experience with 0 to 1 ownership in complex domains.
• Strong ability to design for variable workflows and partner with engineering, design, and ML teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with clinical audiences.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience working with clinical SMEs and health system stakeholders.
• Familiarity with nursing, inpatient, or ED operational workflows.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records like Epic, Cerner, Meditech.
• Background in productivity tools, workflow automation, or ambient intelligence products.
• Experience in health IT or clinical operations roles.
• Proven track record of shipping products delivering operational or financial ROI in healthcare.
