Salary: $145,500–$203,900

What you will do

• Shape and influence the product vision and roadmap for UpToDate Expert AI.
• Define and drive product OKRs, communicating progress with data.
• Engage with clinicians and customers to validate ideas and translate insights into product requirements.
• Guide AI features from concept to launch, defining evaluation, safety, and monitoring needs.
• Collaborate with clinical, data science, and engineering teams on model lifecycle.
• Align cross-functional partners and iterate using data insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management experience in AI, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success leading products from 0→1 in complex or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and provider pain points.
• Experience with user discovery, product analytics, and hypothesis-driven development.
• Excellent communication with clinicians, executives, and technical teams.
• Ability to simplify ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.

Nice to have

• Technical fluency in AI/ML, LLMs, NLP, and cloud environments.
• Experience with knowledge management or structuring complex information.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, MDR/IVDR.
• Experience designing or interpreting experiments and pilots.
