What you will do

• Master the hirify.global platform and business to identify user pain points and enterprise deal blockers.
• Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for a key growth segment.
• Ship high-impact product improvements to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Own and execute a 12-month rolling roadmap with measurable success metrics.
• Enhance instrumentation and data analysis to understand product performance.
• Raise product management standards across the company through clarity, speed, and customer focus.

Requirements

• Onsite presence in San Francisco.
• At least 7 years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Strong ability to translate user pain into product specifications and shipped solutions.
• Experience working with APIs, enterprise customers, and legal processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).
