HR Business Partnering Lead EMEA

📍 Ireland or United Kingdom (Hybrid/Remote)
Compensation:
🇮🇪 Ireland: €134,000–€168,000
🇬🇧 UK: £120,000–£150,000
Additionally: bonus, equity, benefits, travel credits
Airbnb is hiring a senior HR leader to manage Talent Partnering across EMEA (700+ employees). You’ll lead a regional team, partner closely with global/functional leaders, and drive high-impact people programs across performance, ER, rewards, OD, and regional initiatives.
What you’ll do
— Lead and coach a team of Talent Partners across EMEA
— Partner with Talent Directors, Regional Directors, Country Managers
— Drive implementation of global people programs locally
— Provide strategic HR guidance on complex people matters
— Support performance management, ER, rewards, compliance
— Represent Employee Experience (EX) on the EMEA Leadership Team
— Lead cross-functional and global HR projects
— Champion Diversity & Belonging in the region
What you bring
— 12+ years HR experience in fast-paced global companies
— Deep HR expertise across several domains (HRBP, ER, OD, TM, C&B, etc.)
— Strong leadership and experience managing HR teams
— Ability to influence senior leaders across matrix environments
— Strong analytical, problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills
— Experience with Workday, data tools (Tableau/Excel), and PM tools (Asana/Airtable)
— Passion for travel and delivering exceptional employee experience
