What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of digital media sellers to achieve sales quotas.
- Develop and expand new and existing accounts across a region.
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and maintain a regional territory account list.
- Develop and manage key senior-level client and ad agency relationships.
- Work with the team to execute high-quality responses to Avails & RFPs and negotiate agreements.
- Prioritize the growth and development of individual team members.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 10+ years of digital advertising sales experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership and management experience, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Experienced in leading, hiring, and training a sales team, preferably within the media industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline and exceed goals.
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
