What you will do
- Develop and execute an operating business plan to achieve revenue objectives of the aligned sales organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team, ensuring operational excellence.
- Accelerate midmarket and enterprise level opportunities, developing viable pipelines and increasing client base.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing for cohesive market expansion.
- Implement transformational change to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Refine reporting and dashboards to ensure metrics are optimized, easily understood, and accessible.
Requirements
- 12+ years of demonstrated successful sales and/or lead generation leadership roles.
- Sales experience in a SaaS environment, managing complex sales with Small/Mid-Market accounts.
- Proven experience managing an Inside Sales team in a complex sales environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
