What you will do

• Manage full-cycle U.S. payroll through ADP Workforce Now including hires, terminations, compensation changes, and compliance.
• Process Canadian payroll and manage related benefits and statutory requirements.
• Administer benefits reconciliation and partner with HR and finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Support quarterly and year-end payroll processes and audits.
• Document payroll procedures and improve internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, compensation changes, and offboarding tasks.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Los Angeles, California
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of payroll experience including U.S. and Canadian payroll processing.
• Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now and benefits administration tools like Navia.
• Understanding of U.S. payroll tax laws and Canadian employment standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/payroll integrations.

Nice to have

• CPA and audit experience.
• Experience in SaaS or technology startup environments.
