What you will do

• Build and maintain department-level budgets and company-wide forecasts aligned with operational goals.
• Develop dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios and investment opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to provide financial support.
• Leverage financial systems like NetSuite and Google Sheets/Excel to ensure data accuracy and improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Location: Remote with presence in San Francisco, New York, or Toronto
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience with emphasis on budget management and month-end operations.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; startup or scaleup experience is a plus.
