What you will do

• Initiate and process ACH transactions, including payroll direct deposits and vendor payments, in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
• Stay up to date with ACH rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with NACHA guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve ACH transaction exceptions such as returns, reversals, and corrections.
• Utilize payroll software to efficiently process and manage payroll transactions.
• Review ACH transactions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
• Assist internal and external customers with ACH-related inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of banking, payroll, finance, accounting, or related field experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proven problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent critical thinking abilities.
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to articulate complex issues under pressure.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Payroll Operations Experience (ACH/Tax/Reconciliation).
