What you will do
- Provide strategic oversight and lead governance for hardware and software asset management practices.
- Define and manage processes across the entire asset lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage software demand pipeline, request intake, fulfillment, and SaaS license management.
- Ensure application portfolios align with firm capabilities, maintaining documentation and stewarding applications.
- Evaluate application investments, identify redundancies, and support contract renewals.
- Lead application rationalization initiatives and align with enterprise architecture.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in IT asset management, IT portfolio management, IT demand and lifecycle management; prior leadership experience preferred.
- In-depth understanding of IT operating models, ITAM principles, and lifecycle planning.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong communication, analytical, and planning capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across business and technical teams.
