TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, USA - Waltham, MA (8 days/month onsite)

Salary: $208,800 - $295,550

What you will do

  • Lead global project managers delivering IT integration and divestiture programs for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Define and report outcome-driven metrics connecting integration outputs to revenue.
  • Manage risk assessments, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations for program scope.
  • Collaborate with executives and business units to develop annual plans and resource allocation.
  • Drive AI-led project and program management capabilities and continuous process improvements.
  • Ensure change management, training, and communication frameworks are effectively implemented.

Requirements

  • Location: USA with hybrid work in Waltham, MA
  • 15-20 years of IT program management experience including 3-5 years in M&A technology integrations
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required; Master’s preferred
  • Strong technical understanding of infrastructure, security, and back-office M&A integrations
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel minimum 25%

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience with lean, agile, kanban, and waterfall methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
