What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the backlog for ETF Manager, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with development, support, and external stakeholders in an Agile environment.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ETF workflows and advocate for business priorities in technology initiatives.
• Assist in production support triage and help diagnose issues between business and IT teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in asset management or financial services; ETF or primary market knowledge preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS essential) and multi-tier systems.
• Experience with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Power BI, or Python.
