What you will do
- Develop and lead measurement plans for paid media campaigns, ensuring effective reporting and strategic insights.
- Lead the creation of clear, robust, and thought-provoking campaign reviews and strategic insights.
- Evolve and design new, innovative measurement solutions, managing their delivery and global roll-out.
- Manage and mentor an analytics team, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality outputs, and continuous professional development.
- Simplify complex problems into actionable approaches, confidently guiding teams to solutions and serving as a go-to expert.
- Lead stakeholder management across client portfolios, assisting clients and coordinating with third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a data & insight role, with practical application of analytical techniques in marketing.
- Previous agency, media, or consultancy background is highly desirable.
- Management experience, with a proven ability to recruit, manage, mentor, and delegate effectively to analytical resources.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of how analysis fits into overall client business strategy.
- Proficiency with systems such as SQL, Python, and ‘R’ would be beneficial.
- Understanding of Campaign measurement for both Direct Response and Brand Awareness campaigns.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, including team resourcing.
- Must be based in the UK and requires individuals to have the right to work in this location.
