What you will do
- Understand and map customer journeys using tools like Visio and Figma.
- Evaluate journey effectiveness from customer and business perspectives.
- Support continuous improvement of customer journeys.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment on journey initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Experience Design, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Jersey or Isle of Man
- Experience in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process modelling.
- Strong collaboration and facilitation skills in Agile environments.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Visio, and Confluence.
- Good communication skills to articulate journey insights clearly.
- Adaptability to change and continuous improvement mindset.
