Salary: £70,929 – £78,810 per annum

What you will do

• Independently understand, design, and map end-to-end customer journeys, integrating insights from data, processes, and systems.
• Continually evaluate journey effectiveness from both customer and business perspectives, identifying and implementing enhancements.
• Coordinate and build alignment across teams and functions to ensure seamless customer experiences, managing complex dependencies.
• Demonstrate complex data analytical capability, using data tools like Excel and SQL to drive informed decision-making.
• Support technology and process integration, especially in complex migration or transformation contexts.
• Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, translating complex customer requirements into actionable product deliverables.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience handling technical complexities around migration, replacing legacy platforms, and cutover of backup solutions.
• Prior experience implementing operating model migration and data clean up.
• Experience in customer journey design, process mapping, business and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating within robust control environments, aligning with risk and governance frameworks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial services products, payments, digital assets, or emerging technologies.
• Previous experience working within financial services or a heavily regulated environment.
• Prior experience in implementing a new backup platform and migration/cutover of applications to a target platform.
