What you will do

• Act as subject matter expert for targeting and testing to optimize campaign activity.
• Deliver commercial analysis to support partnerships and product teams.
• Build and maintain reporting on campaign and offer performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, data science, and retail teams.
• Leverage advanced analytics including AI to improve campaign performance.
• Mentor and develop senior analysts within the team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid working model based in Liverpool, UK
• Degree in numerate/analytical discipline or 5+ years analytical experience in online retail or financial services.
• Proficient in SQL, SAS, and MS Excel.
• Experience with customer segmentation, test-and-control methodologies, and advanced analytics including AI.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with ability to present actionable insights.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
