What you will do

• Design advanced ROCE transport, congestion control, and tuning mechanisms.
• Plan fabric architecture, topology, network modeling, and scaling strategies.
• Develop telemetry, observability, reliability engineering, and automated troubleshooting tools.
• Deploy novel routing techniques to ensure reliability in large-scale networks.
• Collaborate with industry-leading network designers and internal silicon/network teams.
• Benchmark AI training and inference clusters and perform root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Redmond, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Preferred: Master’s degree with 8+ years or Bachelor’s with 12+ years of experience.
• English: Proficient (B2) required
