What you will do
- Implement and manage software and services to enhance productivity for engineering and GTM teams
- Provide timely resolution to internal IT issues including device troubleshooting and conferencing systems
- Develop and implement automated workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
- Manage Okta instances, MDM software, and SaaS platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Zoom
- Order, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and hardware for employees
- Implement and maintain end-user security best practices across IT systems
- Create documentation and manage IT assets and licenses
Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical IT support role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Okta administration and Workflows automation
- Proficiency in Kandji, JAMF, Intune or similar MDM solutions
- Experience administering collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Must be onsite in San Francisco Bay Area, working 5 days a week
Nice to have
- Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification
- Experience with office network troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki wifi, cabling)
- Python programming or scripting skills, experience with API integrations
