Salary: $174,600 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead capacity planning, autoscaling, and performance optimization of cloud infrastructure.
• Define and enforce best practices for scalability, reliability, observability, and infrastructure resilience.
• Conduct architectural reviews and propose improvements for performance and cost efficiency.
• Partner with engineering teams on microservice infrastructure implementation and scalability best practices.
• Implement and improve metrics systems to diagnose performance bottlenecks using modern tooling.
• Lead incident response initiatives for high-severity cloud infrastructure issues.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation).
• Deep familiarity with AWS services including ECS, EC2, EKS, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, KMS, RDS.
• Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and service mesh technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.

Nice to have

• AWS Professional certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with profiling tools and performance test frameworks.
• Experience with zero-downtime migrations and multi-region deployments.
