What you will do

• Design, implement, and lead change management initiatives that unlock organizational potential.
• Manage and oversee projects from conception to completion, leveraging best practices for on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Champion communication and engagement across teams, ensuring alignment and energy.
• Utilize leading methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Agile frameworks, and PMBOK standards.
• Apply modern digital tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, collaboration platforms) to streamline project delivery.
• Coach stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus across diverse groups.

Requirements

• Proven experience in change management and project management.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as Prosci, Agile, and PMBOK; certified practitioners valued.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Skilled in using project management and change tools: MS Project, Jira, Trello, Miro, Teams, and Slack.
• Growth mindset, resilience, and a knack for inspiring others to embrace change.
• Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, with a strategic perspective.
