What you will do

• Develop and tune scalable pretraining software for Nvidia GB200 and AMD MIxxx GPU architectures
• Benchmark GPU clusters and gather data to inform compute roadmap
• Collaborate with research and framework teams to translate requirements into scalable compute orchestration and scheduling solutions
• Improve cluster efficiency, reliability, and developer experience on Kubernetes and Ray platforms
• Drive architectural best practices and influence software and hardware roadmap
• Contribute to AI model development powering innovative products

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Mountain View, United States, with office presence required at least four days a week if living within 50 miles
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with large-scale compute orchestration, scheduling, and GPU cluster management preferred
• English: Proficient (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher with 8+ years experience or equivalent
• Experience with AI model training infrastructure and conversational AI deployment
