What you will do
- Define end-to-end identity vision and architecture for consumer Copilot and MAI, including user models, sign-in, session management, and token validation.
- Lead cross-platform authentication and SSO patterns for Windows, Edge, web, iOS, and Android ensuring seamless UX and security.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, security, privacy, and identity teams to drive improvements and align on technical direction.
- Establish and monitor authentication metrics and leverage dashboards for root cause analysis.
- Ship secure, maintainable code and frameworks for adoption by other teams.
- Manage communication and project delivery across globally distributed teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near Mountain View, United States with onsite work expectation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of technical engineering experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with consumer identity protocols, hirify.global Account integration, and cross-platform identity SDKs.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with track record of driving platform standards adoption.
- Understanding of privacy-by-design and compliance for consumer AI workloads.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or 12+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Experience with governance and lifecycle management of consumer identity.
