Salary: $119,800–$258,000 per year depending on location

What you will do

• Build secure, efficient platform services to detect and prevent compute abuse while ensuring legitimate AI workloads receive necessary GPU/CPU resources.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and product teams to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable abuse-prevention systems.
• Develop production-quality code, tools, dashboards, and automation to monitor and mitigate wasted or malicious compute usage.
• Balance throughput, latency, and priority across shared AI compute resources to ensure efficient and fair workload execution.
• Contribute to a culture of respect, integrity, accountability, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near New York, United States with onsite work expectation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with 4+ years of technical engineering experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 6+ years of experience and proficiency in languages including C, C++, C#, Go, Java, Python, and/or Rust.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing and operating reliable, high-performance systems with focus on abuse detection and resource optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, ML frameworks, APIs, and large-scale compute clusters.
