What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with technical teams.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support solution design and validate that delivered functionality meets requirements.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Requirements

• Must be located in Belgium and fluent in Dutch and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business processes, IT systems, and ability to create clear functional specifications.
• Familiarity with SQL and basic data analysis.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
